Women's clothes on sale at shop

The Heavenly Attic Resale Shop at 307 S. Main St., Algonquin, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Parking is available behind the store.

The shop has available holiday items, winter items, books, silk flowers, clothing, housewares, toys, linens, jewelry, videos, magazines and sporting goods. Right now there is a $5 a bag sale on women's clothes.

Marian continues "Crazy for You"

Marian Central Catholic High School continues its production of the musical, "Crazy for You" at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the school's auditorium, 1001 McHenry Ave., Woodstock.

Tickets are $7/adults and $4/students and seniors. Call (815) 338-4220, Ext. 100. Tickets also can be purchased at the door before each performance.

Date set for BBBS bowling event

Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County has announced its Bowl for Kids' Sake dates.

Availability to bowl is still available for the Community Day event on Sunday, March 9 at Westlane Family Bowling Center in Crystal Lake.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County is a youth mentoring organization that serves children 6-14 years old. Children are matched with carefully screened adult volunteers.
