Bartlett 3, East Aurora 2: The Hawks (10-4, 4-2) pulled out a tough 3-2 victory over visiting East Aurora in Upstate Eight Conference play. Alex Ortiz put the Hawks on the board in the 15th minute registering an unassisted goal. The play of the game came with 1.4 seconds left in the first half as A.J. Ostrowski received a throw-in and crossed it to a waiting Tony Parades who calmly put the ball in the back of the net to give Bartlett a 2-1 halftime lead. Tyler Lake recorded the game-winning goal in the 61st minute.
Larkin 3, South Elgin 0: The Royals (3-11-3, 1-5-1) picked up their first Upstate Eight Conference victory shutting out South Elgin 3-0 at home.
Billy Weber, Danny Leyva, and Salvador Vargas all recorded goals for the Royals while freshman Manny Aguilar added 2 assistS and sophomore Danny Ramirez added 1 assist. Eder Barajas recorded 9 saves in goal to preserve the shutout.
Hampshire 3, Marengo 1: The Whip-Purs (11-7-1, 5-3) started off strong and never looked back as they defeated Marengo 3-1 in this Big Northern East match. Ismael Morales paced the offensive attack with 2 goals and 1 assist. Noel Sosa recorded Hampshire's other goal while Jason Bishop and Kyle Bracke each picked up an assist. Marcus Quick registered 6 saves in goal for the Whip-Purs.
Burlington Central 1, Harvard 0: The Rockets (12-4-2, 6-0-1) remained undefeated in Big Northern East play just edging out Harvard 1-0 on the road. The game's lone goal was scored by Alexis Camarena on a penalty kick in the second half. Alex Pieper recorded 6 saves in the shutout victory.
