Thanks for six good years, Dr. Leis

As his tenure as superintendent of Naperville Unit District 203 draws to a close, we want to thank Dr. Alan Leis for his service to the community. During his six years in Naperville, he worked tirelessly to strengthen the district's record of academic excellence, oversaw a much needed facilities referendum and spent untold hours working with teachers, staff, administration, parents and community leaders, communicating his vision for District 203.

He will be remembered for his unfailing willingness to engage with the community, his vision of what this school district can achieve and his commitment to find common ground. It has been an honor to know Dr. Leis and we wish him the very best in his retirement.
