1 cup fat-free, lower-sodium vegetable broth, divided1 tablespoon cornstarchBring all but 2 tablespoons of broth to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat.Meanwhile, whisk together 2 tablespoons broth and cornstarch in a small bowl.
