Poached Tuna Steaks with Sweet Corn Relish

1 can (14 ounces) fat-free vegetable broth

1 cup Chardonnay

1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon basil, sliced

1 tablespoon fresh dill

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

4 tuna steaks (1-inch thick, 6 ounces each)

Sweet corn relish (recipe at RIGHT)

In a 10-inch skillet combine vegetable broth, wine, chives, basil, dill, salt and pepper. Heat just until boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Place tuna in pan; simmer partially covered until fish is firm, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool slightly. Discard poaching liquid. Serve tuna steaks with relish on the side.

Serves four.
