Amazing Steaks

4 boneless steaks of choice, such as rib-eye or strip steaks (6-8 ounces each)

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Place steaks in a single layer in a baking pan with at least 1-inch sides. Prick both sides of the meat with a fork several times.

Place butter and Worcestershire sauce in a 2-cup or larger glass measure, cover with a paper towel, and microwave on high until the butter melts, about 30-45 seconds. Remove and whisk to mix well. Pour mixture over steaks turning to coat well.

Turn on a gas grill to medium high.

Place steaks on a hot grill, and cook 4-6 minutes (depending on doneness preference). Spread any butter mixture left over on top of steaks while grilling. Caution: Watch for flare-ups from butter.

Turn steaks, and continue grilling for 4-6 minutes for medium rare, or to personal preference. Serve immediately.

Serves four.
