Cookie Carousel

2 large oatmeal cookies

1 teaspoon (or more) vanilla frosting

4 animal crackers, frosted

Assorted colored sprinkles or spice drop candy (optional)

Frost cookies thickly just around edges of bottom side. On one cookie place the animal crackers around the circle, standing up and facing out. Top the animal crackers with the second frosted cookie. Add a dollop of frosting in the middle of the top cookie and decorate with sprinkles or spice drop.

Serves one.

Cook's note: To eat, open mouth really big or take carousel apart.
