Officers stay put in District 300

One-time board member Dave Alessio returned to the Community Unit District 300 school board Monday night, and incumbents Anne Miller and Karen Roeckner were sworn in for another term after winning re-election. The new board voted to reappoint all incumbent board officers: President Joe Stevens, Vice President Roeckner and Secretary Miller. Whereas the board leadership formerly served four-year terms, they will now serve for two years before their terms expire.
