Live music, tours and more highlight WinterFest at Volo Bog State Natural Area

Live music and more will be featured at WinterFest from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11 at Volo Bog State Natural Area, 28478 W. Brandenburg Road, Ingleside.

Six performers in four acts will perform over three sets at 1, 2 and 3 p.m.

Bog tours begin at 11 a.m. and then on the half hour starting at 12:30 p.m.

Photo contest award will be presented on the hour beginning at 1:45 p.m. A snow sculpting contest, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking also are among the activities at the event sponsored by Friends of Volo Bog.
