NARI of Greater Chicagoland announces 2024 Contractor of the Year Awards winners

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Chicagoland announces the winners of the 2024 Contractor of the Year Awards, handed out at the chapter’s annual awards gala.

This year’s awards program received a record-setting 38 submissions, and saw 13 member companies take home new hardware for their excellent work.

Trophies were handed out in 23 categories for residential remodeling work that demonstrated excellence and innovation regarding functionality, problem-solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and degree of difficulty. The 2024 winners were selected by an impartial panel of judges from the NARI Madison chapter.

• Entire House $250,000 to $500,000: Liv Companies LLC

• Residential Bath $70,000 to $100,000: Glenbrook Remodeling

• Residential Addition Under $250,000: Normandy Remodeling

• Residential Interior Feature under $50,000: Liv Companies LLC

• Residential Kitchen Over $200,000: Glenbrook Remodeling

• Basement $100,000 to $250,000: BDS Design Build Remodel

• Residential Architectural Design Under 500 square feet: Liv Companies LLC

• Residential Landscape Design/ Outdoor Living over $250,000: Icon Building Group

• Residential Kitchen $100,000 to $150,000: Normandy Remodeling

• Universal Design-Kitchen: Kitchen Discounters of America Inc.

• Residential Bath Under $40,000: Normandy Remodeling

• Residential Interior $250,000 to $500,000: Liv Companies LLC

• Residential Bath $100,000 to $150,000: Glenbrook Remodeling

• Entire House $500,000 to $750,000: Liv Companies LLC
