Grade A Cafe Brings New Life to Randhurst's Brunch Spot

When owners, Javier Echeverria and Angelike Stalides stumbled upon the former Eggsperience Cafe in Mount Prospect's Randhurst Village, they knew it would be the perfect spot for their brunch eatery. The large dining space, well equipped kitchen, friendly neighborhood location, and its spacious, tree lined patio had everything they were seeking for their Grade A Cafe.

With over 25 years experience in catering, management, and operating corporate cafes, the duo took their talents to 176 Randhurst Village Drive in Mount Prospect, just as 2022 came to an end. For the past several months, they've been working diligently to make improvements and bring new life to the 12 year old space.

The extensive brunch menu was revamped with some new gourmet additions and an emphasis on sourcing the highest quality ingredients. A commitment to efficient, friendly service with a smile was a crucial part of staff training. Long time customers have really noticed a difference! The previous dark woods with yellow, orange, and green color scheme was updated with a fresh white and gray modern farmhouse vibe, complete with unique vintage style decor and greenery accents.

Grade A Cafe is dedicated to serving the community as a premier establishment to do brunch for any size party. Additional services include private party planning, special events, and catering. An official ribbon cutting is scheduled with the Village of Mount Prospect on Friday, June 2nd at 10am, with a complimentary cup of coffee for everyone.
