The Arlington Heights Farmers Market Kicks Off Another Season
Surround yourself with fresh, local foods and family fun this market season.
The Arlington Heights Farmers Market is held every Saturday from May 13 to October 14, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. The Farmers Market will be bustling with local fresh produce, artisanal cheese, homemade pastries, freshly roasted coffee, hot brunch foods, handmade goods, and much. The Market comes to life in the commuter parking lot across from the Arlington Heights Historical Museum at the corner of W Fremont Street and N Vail Avenue.
This year's Market features nearly 50 vendors throughout the season. New and returning farmers, gardeners, chefs, bakers, producers and craftsmen offer a variety of goods to this year's market. Ranging from ginger beer to giardiniera, produce to pet treats, flowers to fish, French patisserie to Argentine empanadas, and the sweetness of honey to the sharpness of garlic, there is something for everyone.
Last year we had over 52,000 people attend the market! Hard-working, enthusiastic volunteers are ready to welcome this year's visitors. This year we are excited for weekly musical entertainment, cooking demos, a master gardener, history at the market, the AHML bookmobile, weekly scavenger hunts and family activities return to the market this season. Don't forget to bring along your furry friends! The Arlington Heights Farmers Market is pet friendly.
