Schaumburg Library extends hours at neighborhood branches

Schaumburg Township District Library's Hoffman Estates and Hanover Park branch locations are now open at 9 a.m., Monday-Saturday.

"We want to be available as much as possible to serve our community," said Schaumburg Library's Executive Director Annie Miskewitch. "We're excited to make this change and to have our branch locations in Hoffman Estates and Hanover Park open at 9 a.m."

The hours for Schaumburg Township District Library's Hoffman Estates branch, located at 1550 Hassell Road in Hoffman Estates, and Hanover Park branch, at 1266 Irving Park Road in Hanover Park, are: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed on Sundays.

The hours for Schaumburg Township District Library's Central Library, 130 S. Roselle Road, in Schaumburg, are: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

Schaumburg Library continues to offer many services online at SchaumburgLibrary.org, including library card sign up; downloading and streaming of eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies, TV shows, music and magazines; online programs; online learning and more.
