Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church to host Christmas worship

All are invited to celebrate the birth of Jesus at Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, 10805 Main St. in Huntley, on Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24 and on Christmas Day, Dec. 25 for in-person services.

Christmas Eve services will begin at 3 p.m. with a family service.

It will be followed by a Candlelight Carol Service with Communion at 5 p.m., and a Candlelight Traditional Service with Communion at 11 p.m.

One service will be held on Christmas Day at 10 a.m.

Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church has served the Huntley community for over 20 years under the faith leadership of Senior Pastor Mark Boster. Shepherd of the Prairie welcomed a second pastor, Pastor Ryan Mackey, to its staff in August 2022.
