Mindful Parent Group: This group meets online twice each month to help parents learn to be present in the moment and find ways to calm their mind and body. Join the group Wednesdays, July 13 and 27, and August 17 and 31, with each meeting at 6 p.m.
Autism Resources & Information: Blue Light ABA Consultants will help demystify autism and provide resources for parents and family with loved ones on the spectrum on Saturday, August 6 at 1 p.m. at the Library's Hanover Park Branch.
