Kids can join free throw contest Jan. 8 in Huntley

Boys and girls, ages 9-14, are invited to participate in the annual Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship on Saturday, Jan. 8, at Northwestern Medicine Health and Fitness Center, 10450 Algonquin Road in Huntley.

Kids can drop by anytime between 9 a.m. and noon to test their free-throw shooting skills.

The event is free.

The winners on Jan. 8 will have the opportunity to advance to district- and state-level competitions.
