Wildfire Holiday Dinners through Fresh Midwest, Delivery to Your Door!

When it comes to the holidays, there is so much to do. From making all of the meals to hosting parties, it can be a lot to take on. Why make things harder than they have to be? You can now have an incredible meal show up on your doorstep! Wildfire Restaurants and Fresh Midwest, the newest online fresh food and meal delivery service, have teamed up to make Wildfire Holiday dinners available to all Chicagoans.

"Over a year ago, Wildfire Restaurants saw the need to offer our guests another opportunity to be able to eat our delicious meals at home so we jumped on board with Fresh Midwest. It's all about convenience. Everyone now has the ability to eat Wildfire's delicious food in-person at the restaurant, via take-out, or with delivery at home through Fresh Midwest," said Howard Katz, divisional president at Chicago-based Wildfire.

Three complete holiday dinner options from Wildfire are available: the Surf and Turf Dinner ($129.99) serving 2 people, starts with savory signature crab cakes, Wildfire center cut filets, created by master butchers and topped with their most popular parmesan crust. The filets are paired with cold water lobster tails, served with drawn butter and ends with Wildfire's flourless chocolate cake with fresh whipped topping and fresh berries. Up next is the Wildfire Spiral Ham Dinner ($99.99) serves 8-10 people, featuring Nueske Spiral Ham, paired with Wildfire's macaroni and cheese, roasted vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes, scalloped apples, and onion rolls. Finally, the Wildfire Holiday Roast Dinner ($149.99) serves 6-8 people, starting with a hand cut boneless ribeye roast with delicious Wildfire side dishes from potatoes au gratin, to their famed creamed spinach and roasted balsamic vegetables.

Holiday trays, savory sides and desserts can also be ordered a la carte. The dinners are available for delivery from December 21st-31st through www.FreshMidwest.com. Prepared in the restaurant's kitchen, the holiday meals come with heating instructions for customers to have a restaurant experience at home.
