Two doctors practicing at NCH named to Chicago magazine' list of top heart doctors
The June/July issue of Chicago magazine published a list of 127 cardiologists in a six county area, recommended by their peers. Two physicians practicing at Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) in Arlington Heights were included in the list.
• Brian H. Albert, M.D. - Coronary artery disease; echocardiography; preventive cardiology
• Ankit A. Shah., M.D. - Interventional Cardiology
The list has been compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a health care research and information company founded in 1992 by a former medical college board chairman and president to help guide consumers to America's top doctors and hospitals. Castle Connolly's selection process, under the direction of a medical doctor, involves surveying hundreds of thousands of physicians, as well as academic medical centers, specialty hospitals, and regional and community hospitals across the nation.
