Music from pianist Kaleen Dolan and a Fleetwood Mac presentation from music historian Gary Wenstrup are among upcoming programs at the Schaumburg Township District Library. Both require registration at SchaumburgLibrary.org for a link to join the program.

"Love Song Piano Requests" will take place from 7-8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11. Participants can get in the mood for Valentine's Day by dedicating songs to their loved ones. To request a song, register for the program and list a song title in the comments section. A link will be provided to watch this event on SchaumburgLibrary.tv.

"Fleetwood Mac: The Chain Broken" is scheduled from 7-8:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 2. Those interested must register to receive the Zoom link. The presenter will use interview and performance videos to trace the band's career with a focus on their blockbuster album, Rumours, and the classic line-up of Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham, Christine McVie, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood. Wenstrup will lead participants through the band's fascinating journey of failed romantic relationships that fueled music of intensity and warmth.

The Schaumburg Township District Library and its branches in Hoffman Estates and Hanover Park are now open to the public, with limited hours and capacity. Please go the SchaumburgLibrary.org for details or call the library at (847) 985-4000.
