Mission Quilters of Christ Lutheran Church, Palatine, Illinois

The Mission Quilters of the congregation of Christ Lutheran Church at 41 S. Rohlwing Rd., in Palatine are very pleased announce they have completed their quilts for the year. This mission group is made up of 17 ladies, who over the course of the year have made 52 quilts. In the 10 years they have been active in this endeavor, they have made over 600 quilts. These quilts are used in many different ways and are sent to over 24 countries sponsored by Lutheran World Relief. Donations of new or gently used queen or king size sheets make up the backing. Monetary donations defray the cost of batting, material and shipping.
