Local Companies Highlighted at Multi-Chamber Business Expo on July 22
The Northbrook, Deerfield Bannockburn Riverwoods (DBR) and Glenview Chambers of Commerce will present their annual Business Expo on July 22 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., hosted by the Hilton Chicago/Northbrook. Over 65 companies from a wide variety of industries will exhibit their products and services for over 400 attendees from the business community, who will take advantage of this unique opportunity to experience product innovations, learn about new trends, and build their professional networks.
At the Business Expo, guests can discover the latest products and services through demonstrations, samples, and informational displays. Owners and managers of local businesses will be on hand to meet with attendees to informally share ideas and network with potential customers, vendors, and other connections.
Cutting-edge business technology will be a focus of several exhibits. "We are excited to give guests the chance to get their hands on and experience some of Lenovo's latest and most impressive business technology," promises Megan White of HTML Global. "Our techs will be there, ready to lend their expertise on anything from on how Cloud Services can increase productivity to how to affordably build your web presence."
Employers will want to speak with Leslie Lipin of ScreeningEdge, a licensed private detective agency specializing in the prevention of employee dishonesty. "Our agency uses investigative research methods to provide the highest standards in background checks," explains Lipin. "At the Expo, we can demonstrate the importance of gathering data directly from criminal and federal courts rather than relying on random online search tools."
Exhibitors range from professional and financial services to restaurants, health care providers, and manufacturers of specialty products. Staff from the Village of Northbrook will be present to answer business-related questions.
