Arlington Heights Garden Club in AH Memorial Day Parade

The Arlington Heights Garden Club will be marching at this year's Arlington Heights Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 27th.

Coordinators Brenda Catardi and Terri Passolt were able to procure 2,600 packets of Zinnia seeds to pass out to people on the parade route. The seed packets were generously donated by JULIE, Inc.

President Jim Spannagel said,"Zinnias are extremely easy to grow flowers and make a bright, colorful addition to gardens. They're also butterfly and hummingbird magnets."

Along with the seed packets, the Arlington Heights Garden Club is passing out information about their 'Plant Sale' on Saturday, June 1, and the 'Garden Walk and Unique Boutique' on Sunday, June 23, both on the Historical Museum grounds, 110 W. Freemont Street. Look for members of the Arlington Heights Garden Club on the parade route.
