Schaumburg Announces The Boler Company to Develop on Former Motorola Campus
The Village of Schaumburg is pleased to announce The Boler Company will relocate its global headquarters to the Veridian development (formerly the Motorola Campus) in Schaumburg. The relocation is anticipated to be complete in 2020.
Currently based in Itasca, The Boler Company is the parent company to Hendrickson Holdings and Anchor Harvey. Hendrickson is a global manufacturing company whose products include heavy duty suspension systems for commercial vehicles and Anchor Harvey is an aluminum forging company serving a wide range of industries.
"We are thrilled The Boler Company will be located in the Veridian Development, which is poised for significant redevelopment to further strengthen Schaumburg's reputation as one of the region's largest economic centers," said Director of Economic Development Matt Frank. "The village welcomes the addition of this global headquarters and its long-term investment in the community as it will bring quality jobs along with millions of dollars of new economic activity to the region."
This is the first phase of the development on the 4.2 acre site just north of Zurich American Insurance. Boler's new headquarters will include an 8-story 180,000 square feet office development with a parking garage. Phases 2 and 3 will include two additional office developments totaling 270,000 square feet for future corporate office users on the site. The relocation is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
