Gardens, Etcetera to host 50th anniversary luncheon Sept. 10

Gardens, Etcetera is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a luncheon on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Arrowhead Golf Club, 26W151 Butterfield Road in Wheaton.

The featured speaker is Debi Lilly, owner of an event planning company, A Perfect Event. She has been named by Departures Magazine as one of the World's Top 10 Event Planners and floral arrangers. She has done events for Martha Stewart, Oprah and Lady Gaga.

The club would welcome you to the luncheon to learn more about the garden club. The programs for this year include topics on "Shade Gardening," "Wow with Shrubs," "Floral Arranging," "The Beauty and Beasts of South Africa," "Hummingbirds," "Container Gardening" and more.
