Cary Chamber hosts ribbon cutting, open house at Ela Home Care

On Thursday, Nov. 15, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for Ela Home Care, 906 Route 22 in Fox River Grove.
