Movie Buffs Welcome to Library's Monthly Movie Club

Dann and Raymond's Movie Club, hosted by Daily Herald Film Critic Dann Gire and award-winning author Raymond Benson, will meet from 7:30-9:30 p.m., Thursdays, Feb. 7 and March 1, in the Rasmussen North Room of the Schaumburg Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. No registration is required for this free program, and new members are always welcome.

In February, the two film critics will present "Genius at Work - The Films of Stanley Kubrick." March's topic will be "A Night at the Oscars - Our Academy Award Picks."

Movie buffs may also want to attend Who Filmed this Book? From 6:30-9 p.m., Wednesdays, Feb. 14 and 28 and March 14 and 28 at the Hanover Park Branch Library, 1266 Irving Park Rd., Hanover Park. Members read the book and watch the movie of the same title.
