Library Invites Tweens to Join Monthly Group

Tweens ages 9-12 years are welcome to join the Tween Advisory Board of the Schaumburg Township District Library. The next meeting of the group will take place from 4:30-6 p.m., Friday, Sept. 8 in the Program Room of the Central Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. Members of the board plan events, enjoy snacks, play games, make new friends and help make decisions for the library's new Tween space. A complete listing of programs for all ages is in the library's Guide, which is mailed to Schaumburg Township residents and available in all three library locations - Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates and Hanover Park. The Guide can also be found online at www.SchaumburgLibrary.org.
