Local Non-Profit Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit Job Seekers

Palatine, IL (June 2017) - CareerPlace, a Palatine-based non-profit organization that helps individuals transition to employment, is hosting its 11th annual Race to the Finish Line fundraiser that benefits local job seekers.
On Friday, June 23, CareerPlace, an agency of National Able Network, will host a fundraiser in the beautiful Governor's Room at Arlington Park. Attendees of this event will enjoy a free luncheon with an open beer and wine bar, as well as enjoying the day's races and participating in a silent auction. Auction items range from a Chicago Cubs sky box valued at nearly $15,900 to a private helicopter tour of Chicago valued at $1,000.
Proceeds from this fundraiser, honoring the Foglia Family Foundation, will go directly towards benefiting northwest suburban job seekers in finding fulfilling careers.
