Buffalo Style Shrimp with Blue Cheese Dip

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup finely chopped green onions

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

½ cup crumbled blue cheese (2 ounces)

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1½ teaspoon milk

1/8 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1½ to 2 pounds roasted shrimp

½ stick unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup hot sauce such as Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Style

Celery sticks for garnish if desired

Combine sour cream, green onions, parsley, blue cheese, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper; chill.

Combine melted butter and hot sauce; add shrimp and stir until coated with sauce. Serve with celery sticks as garnish.
