Cashew Butter and Berries Energy Bites

1 cup cashew butter, refrigerated

1 cup honey roasted pecans

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup golden berries

4 drops BetterStevia Liquid, Cinnamon Vanilla

¼ cup date sugar

Place parchment paper on half-sheet pan. In a chilled bowl, combine cashew butter, pecans, rolled oats, golden berries and cinnamon vanilla liquid. Using a small scoop, roll mixture into ½ inch balls. Roll balls in date sugar until evenly coated. Place balls 1 inch apart on sheet pan; refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve and enjoy for up to two weeks.
