Winnetka Community House Fitness Centre has recently been outfitted with new state-of-the-art LifeFitness strength equipment which will allow your workouts to be more effective and enjoyable. Along with the upgraded the equipment, the lower level has been re-designed to create more open space for functional training to perform dynamic movement, agility, and balance exercises more comfortably and effectively.
