Chicago Suburban Orchid Show returns Feb. 20-21

The annual Chicago Suburban Orchid Show will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, Home Ec. Annex Building, 2015 Manchester Road in Wheaton. There is free admission and parking.

The show will feature local orchid vendors with many exotic plants for sale. Exhibits containing hundreds of orchids are created by societies from around the Midwest and judged by American Orchid Society accredited judges.

Several local greenhouses will have plants, books and supplies for sale.

A special hour is offered to photographers at 9 a.m. Sunday.

Feel free to bring your orchids, as Batavia Orchid Society members will be available all weekend to help repot your plants or diagnose any problems you may be having with them.
