Sometimes nature benefits, aesthetically at least, from a little man-made contrast. These purple flowers are from my backyard and I have them in a few spots. They're nice enough. Having the opportunity to hold these uncirculated bills came at the World's Fair of Money in Rosemont while on assignment for the Daily Herald.
