Knights of Columbus donate to Cupertino Home

Knights of Columbus Council #6710 of St. Irene's Parish (Warrenville) recently presented a check to Cupertino Home in Warrenville. Ms. Peg Speciale - Director accepted on behalf of Cupertino .

"The residents of Cupertino are very grateful for the continued support from Council #6710 and all the Knights of this area", stated Ms. Speciale.

The Knights of Columbus are an international organization of Roman Catholic men founded on the principles of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. Their motto is "in service to one ...in service to all." Cupertino Home, founded in 1990, is an eight-man residential facility.

Their mission is to assist adults with developmental and learning disabilities to become self-sufficient and self-directed in areas of personal growth, general health, education, social and emotional well-being and functional living skills.
