Free Community Lecture: What is Patient Navigation?

This free community health lecture will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Ground Conference Room A & B at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, 450 W. Route 22 in Barrington.

To register for the lecture, call (800) 3-ADVOCATE (800) 323-8622 and include the class code: 3G86 or go to advocatehealth.com/gshp, click on "I want to find a class" and type the class code: 3G86 in the keyword box. The lecture is offered no charge and a light meal will be provided.
