BAM! (Basil-Anchovy-Mint) Pesto

¾ cup mint leaves (packed)

½ cup basil leaves (packed)

1 ounce (half a 2-ounce can) King Oscar Anchovies in olive oil (2 ounce can)

¼ cup toasted almonds

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic

Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until a smooth texture with a few lumps from the almonds. Pour into jar and cover. This can be stored in the refrigerator up to one month.
