Bring your dog for annual Jingle Paws in Schaumburg

Schaumburg Park District’s Jingle Paws is set for noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way, Schaumburg.

Activities include a treat hunt, agility course, photo with Santa, free play area and costume contest. Awards will be given out to the winners of “Best Dog/Owner look-a-like Costume,” “Best Puppy in Costume,” “Best Senior in Costume” and “Best Overall Holiday Themed Costume.” The first 50 dogs registered will receive a holiday treat.

All dogs must have current shots. Shot records must be attached to the registration form or bring to Meineke Recreation Center.

Cost is $2 per person and $5 per dog for residents; $3 per person and $7 per dog for others.
