CLC's Artcetera Gallery Shop holds Winter Holiday Art Sale

Unique holiday gift ideas for art lovers will abound at the College of Lake County Artcetera Gallery winter holiday sale, which will be held from Nov. 25 through Dec. 18 in the Artcetera Gallery Shop. The sale will feature original work by area artists, including hand-made jewelry, wearable art, decorative and functional ceramics, fused and blown glass, soaps and candles.

The Artcetera Gallery Shop is located within the Library/Learning Resource Center at CLC's Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. The shop is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 1-5 p.m. The shop will be closed for Thanksgiving break Nov. 27 to Dec. 1. Parking is available in lots two through six, and visitors should enter through the C Wing.

The sale is sponsored by the CLC Foundation, and a portion of the proceeds help fund student scholarships. Members of the Friends of the Gallery will receive 10 percent off any item purchased at the sale.
