Streamwood 56, Elgin 39: Deja Moore led four players in double figures with 15 points as Streamwood held off Elgin in the Upstate Eight River. Holly Foret, Jessica Cerda and Hannah McGlone added 10 points each for the Sabres (8-1, 3-0). Jess Ramirez and Kristin Tayag had 8 point each for Elgin (3-6, 0-3) and Anna Eckholm added 7.

St. Charles North 62, Larkin 26: Quixmia Washington had 13 points to lead Larkin (1-8, 1-4) in the Upstate Eight River.

Westminster Christian 65, Mooseheart 16: Liz Meschewski had 10 points and 6 rebounds and Emma Anderson added 9 points and 6 rebounds as the Warriors (7-2) rolled to a nonconference win. McKaila Hays and Savannah Dutcher added 8 points each for Westminster.

Elgin Academy 49, Faith Lutheran 18: Alysson Wittmeyer scored 20 points and had 10 rebounds and Kaitlyn Pearson added 19 points to lead the Hilltoppers (5-3) to a nonconference win.
