Dist. 54 estimates 1.97 percent rise in levy

The Schaumburg Township Elementary District 54 school board has estimated its 2012 property tax levy at $158.8 million exclusive of debt service — 1.97 percent higher than the 2011 final extended levy of $155.7 million.
