Cary theater troupe to stage ‘The Ever After’

The Cary Park District’s Children’s Theater Company of Cary will host two performances of “The Ever After” Saturday, Aug. 11. The play is written by Nathan Hartswick. Both performances will be held at the Cary Park District Community Center, 255 Briargate Road, Cary. Show times are at 1 and 4 p.m.

Eighteen actors in second to sixth grade have been developing confidence, creativity, and working on memorization and listening skills by being a part of the Children’s Theater Company of Cary.

The production will star Lily Badofsky, Madelyn Coles, Kelly Considine, Allie Forney, Abigail Gunther, Emily Helms, Will Helms, Maggie Mason, Molly Mason, Adam Miller, Madisen Pavoris, Sarah Richards, McKenna Sharkey, Nolan Sharkey, Teagan Sharkey, Emily Toone, Alana Tribuzio, Danielle Vanounou. The performance is directed by Kelly Forney and Julie McDonough.

Tickets are $1 and can be purchased before or on the day of the event at the Community Center. Children ages 2 and younger are admitted free.
