Citrus Mustard

½ cup brown mustard

½ cup mayonnaise

Zest of ½ lemon

Zest of ½ orange

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

In a small bowl, stir together the mustard, mayonnaise, both zests, black pepper, honey and vinegar.

Serves eight.

Nutrition values per serving: 63 calories, 2 g fat (0 saturated), 7 g carbohydrates, 0 fiber, 0 protein, 2 mg cholesterol, 203 mg sodium.
