Northwest Suburban Taxpayers United will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the Arlington Heights Village Hall, 3rd floor Board Room, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, to hear the Illinois Policy Institute's presentation on the Illinois 2013 budget.

Illinois has more debt per capita than any other state and one of the highest tax rates of any state, the group said.

There is no fee to attend.
