Footlighters Theatre Company is casting actors, singers, and dancers, ages 9-adult for their summer musical production, The King and I. Teens and adults, ages 13+ audition on Monday, May 14, at 6:00pm; Children ages 6-12 audition on Tuesday, May 15, at 6:00pm at Prairie Lakes Community Center, 515 E. Thacker Street. Be prepared to sing a song that best shows vocal range. Accompanist provided. Script readings and dance auditions will also be required at callbacks. Bring a recent headshot. Rehearsals are held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30-9:30pm, beginning Monday, May 21.

Dancers, ages 9+, with ballet experience are invited to audition for the Uncle Tom's Cabin ballet scenes on Friday, May 18, from 7:00-8:30pm. Dancers must be available for Friday evening rehearsals beginning July 1 and four technical rehearsals, July 22-25. Call 847-391-6924 to reserve an audition time.
