Helping Paws shelter seeks donations for spring sale

Helping Paws’ annual Spring Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 7; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, June 8; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at Algonquin Township community room B, 3702 Route 14 in Crystal Lake. It will be 50 percent off on June 9.

Donations are needed, including new and gently used clean items only; no clothing, baby carriers, cribs or large appliances.

Drop-off dates are noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27; noon to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 29; 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 30; noon to 4 p.m. Friday, June 1, Saturday, June 2, and Sunday, June 3, the last day for drop-offs. If you cannot make one of these dates, call the center at (815) 338-4400 for alternate arrangements.
