Barrington chamber hosts economic summit

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual State of the Region Economic Summit from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Makray Memorial Golf Club, 1010 E. Northwest Highway in Barrington.

Topics during the lunchtime forum will include Karen Lambert of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital speaking about doing business in Barrington, as well as state of the chamber and state of the region addresses. Many local leaders and state and federal legislators have been invited.
