Willows 30, Harvest Christian 23: The Lions (12-4) carried a 3-point lead out of the first quarter, but fell to Willows in this nonconference game on the road. Freshman Kylee Knox and sophomore Sydney Doby paced the Lions with 7 points each.
Bartlett 58, Palatine 45: The top-ranked Hawks (20-0) remained undefeated as they jumped out to a 30-17 halftime lead and never looked back in this nonconference win at home. Haley Videckis (22 points, 11 rebounds) led the Hawks with a double-double while Kristin Conniff (17 points) and Katie Gutzwiller (10 points) added double-digits to go along with 5 rebounds apiece.
Barrington 46, Huntley: The Red Raiders (10-6) struggled offensively in the first half as they managed just 12 points on their way to a nonconference loss. Sam Andrews scored a team-high 17 points and pulled in 8 rebounds while Abbey Shaw also pulled in 8 boards to go along with 14 points for Huntley.
Streamwood 53, St. Charles East 52: The Sabres (8-8, 4-2) carried a 10-point lead heading into the fourth quarter and fought off a late surge by the Saints to earn this Upstate Eight River victory. Jessica Cerda scored a game-high 24 points, 10 of which came via the free throw line. Hannah McGlone also recorded double-figures with 10 points for the Sabres.
