Wauconda’s boys basketball team kept the game close against host Marengo entering the fourth quarter leading 29-26, and then the Bulldogs outscored the Indians 20-7 to win 49-33 Tuesday night.

Three Bulldogs scored in double digits. Kyle Ryan scored 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds and 2 steals. Austin Swenson added 15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Connor Rueb had 11 points and 5 rebounds for Wauconda (8-8).

Grayslake North 66, Johnsburg 56: Zack Krupp led the Knights, scoring a season-high 21 points, including four 3-pointers in Johnsburg.

A.J. Fish scored 18 points, and Danny Mateling added 12 for Grayslake North, which improved to 9-5 and 2-0 in the Fox Valley Fox Division.

Grayslake Central 73, Woodstock 53: The host Rams dominated the first half 51-19 and never looked back to improve their record to 10-5 and 1-0 in the Fox Valley Fox.

Grayslake Central was led by Jordan Taylor, who scored 19 points. Casey Boyle had 16, and Danny Reed added 11.
