I took this picture just after it had rained at our house in Elgin, and the leaves were such brilliant colors, it was just perfect with the rain drops shining on the leaves. I love fall!

I was in my Honda Accord on Batavia Rd, when 5 to 6 wild turkeys swooped down seemingly out of nowhere. I quickly grabbed my camera and snapped a couple shots of the befuddled fowl. Two birds were apparently less intimidated than the rest of the flock, and hung around long enough to stall traffic and participate in the impromptu photo shoot!
