‘Jersey Boys’cast coming to St. Viator H.S. for benefit concert

Recent cast members of the Tony Award-winning smash “Jersey Boys” are coming to St. Viator High School Dec. 2 to deliver an electrifying evening of unforgettable hits.

The evening starts with a cash-bar cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. in the Boler Center, 1213 E. Oakton St., in Arlington Heights. The concert begins at 8 p.m.

The four lead singers are backed by their own orchestra. The concert is one of the culminating events of St. Viator’s 50th anniversary.

Members of the Parents’ Club and Patrons of the Arts are presenting the show. Proceeds will benefit the school’s fine arts programs and scholarship assistance. Earlier in the day, cast members will meet with St. Viator fine arts students and share some of their experiences about making it to Broadway.

Cast members include Christopher Kale Jones, who played the role of Frankie Valli in the first national touring show of “Jersey Boys,” as well as Michael Ingersoll, who played Nick Massi during its three-year Chicago run.

Shonn Wiley, who played the part of Bob Gaudio, joins them, along with Michael Cunio, who held the role of Tommy DeVito in the show’s long run at Chicago’s Bank of America Theatre.
